The NTC provides lectures for tax officials from various developing countries to improve the tax system and tax administration in their countries and to foster the foreign officials who understand Japan's tax administration.

We provide lectures on the Japanese tax system and administration for tax officials from developing countries under the framework of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
ISTAX consists of General Course for mid-rank officials and Advanced Course for manager class officials.
Under the framework of JICA, we offer tailored training for tax officials from individual countries, focusing on topics aligned with their needs and requests.
Under the JICA's framework, we provide lectures on international taxation targeted at tax officials engaged in international taxation in developing countries.
We provide training for tax officials from developing countries who study at graduate schools in Japan aided by the World Bank and other scholarships. This course is a part of the program in each graduate school, including lectures on the Japanese tax system and administration.

In collaboration with the OECD, this program provides training for tax crime investigators and related officials from the Asia-Pacific region. It focuses on investigative techniques for addressing tax crimes and money laundering, as well as international cooperation among countries.
