This course targets 100 officials selected by a screening test among officials who have had 2 years or more of practical experience since completion of the Correspondence Training Course (Ruling and Legal Affairs Ⅱ). (Period: 4 months)
To have trainees develop capabilities useful to tax examination and so on as well as obtain higher expertise in rulings and legal affairs.
The course consists of practical subjects such as case study, research paper, and requisition fact theory.
The lecturers are university professors and lawyers with eminent knowledge and NTC professors selected from among experienced NTA officials.
