This course targets 100 officials selected by a screening test among officials who have had 2 years or more of practical experience since completion of the International Tax Seminars Basic Course* or Correspondence Training Course (International Taxation Ⅱ). (Period: 5 months)
*The International Tax Seminars Basic Course was abolished in 2012.

Objectives

To have trainees develop capabilities useful to tax examination and so on as well as obtain higher expertise in the international taxation.

Curriculum

The course consists of following subjects:
(1) International tax law
(2) Tax examination on the international transactions
(3) International transaction practice
(4) International law

Faculties

The lecturers are university professors and lawyers with eminent knowledge and NTC professors selected from among experienced NTA officials.
