Training System for Japan's Tax Officers
NTC's training system consists of three main categories systematically integrated to provide every tax official with necessary training throughout his/her career.
(1) Long-term Training Programs to improve overall qualifications and abilities as tax officials.
(2) Short-term Training Programs to develop knowledge directly needed to perform professional jobs.
(3) Correspondence Training Courses designed to provide knowledge in specific subjects required in relation to work duties.
