About the Office of Tax Collections Call Center ("Tax Payment Call Center")

Regional Taxation Bureau ("RTB") staff at the Office of Tax Collections Call Center ("Tax Payment Call Center"), usually request by telephone or in writing that taxpayers who do not pay their own taxes by the due date do so, instead of the local tax office with jurisdiction contacting them.

The Tax Payment Call Center will NEVER ask you to pay your national taxes by remitting money into a bank account.
If you need to pay national taxes, you can do so by paying in cash with a Tax Payment Slip at the counter of a tax office or at a financial institution.
