This course targets 25 officials selected from among officials engaged in property taxation or tax collection.
To have trainees develop practical capabilities as well as obtain expertise and skills necessary for real estate and property valuation.
The course consists of following subjects:
(1) Practical subjects: Case Study, real estate appraisal, stock valuation, etc.
(2) Legal and Economic subjects: Real estate law, intellectual property law, etc.
The lecturers are university professors with eminent knowledge, and practioners such as real estate appraisers.
